How much will I get for my house?
The price we offer will depend on the condition of your house, the surrounding area and the costs involved for us to acquire your house. Our main goal is to present you with a fair offer where the price and the terms of the offer works for everyone involved. If we can’t agree on price or the terms then simply say “No Thanks” and reject our offer. There are no obligations.

Do I need to make any repairs?
No. There is no need for you to make any costly repairs on your house. We buy houses ‘as is’ and prefer to make those costly repairs ourselves. We offer a fast and hassle free solution for you to get out of any problems or situations that you are currently faced with.

What if I am facing foreclosure or bankruptcy?
We can still buy your house even if you are facing foreclosure or bankruptcy. If you need to sell fast in order to save your credit rating then give our services a try. Remember it does not cost you anything to explore our services.

How are you different from a Realtor?
Realtors are licensed professionals who will help you market and sell your house for a commission fee. Realtor commission fees are negotiable and are typically 4 to 7 percent of the sale price of your house. So if you were to sell your house for $200,000 and paid a Realtor 5 percent to help you with the sale, it will cost you $10,000 in commission fees. We are not Realtors. We do not want to sell your house we want to make you an offer to buy it! Our services are free and there are no obligations.

Will you work with a Realtor?
Yes. They want to sell your house and get paid, we want to buy it. If you are represented by a Realtor and the deal makes sense for us, then we will make you an offer. Keep in mind Realtors must get paid for what they do and Realtor commission fees are typically paid by you the seller.

How are you different from other real estate investors?
We are different from other investors because we do care about your current situation and we want to provide you with the best solution possible. As private buyers we bring a level of professionalism and respect for your privacy. We understand that you may need to sell because of a difficult situation and we are in this business for the long term and will not risk our reputation for any short term gain.

Are there any risks or obligations?
No. There are no risks or obligations. By filling out the application form on our website you are simply expressing your interest in our services. Once we have reviewed your property details and decide to make you an offer, you can accept or reject our offer. It’s really that simple.

Do you pay cash for referrals?
Yes. We pay cash for referral business. If you know someone that needs to sell fast, inherited a property or perhaps you know the owner of the vacant house down the street. We would love to hear from you. If we close a deal with the property owner, then we will pay you for the referral business.
